Customer satisfaction is very important to us. All our products are carefully inspected prior to shipping and we will gladly exchange any product that is defective. We must be notified within 5 business days of receipt of your order if there is a problem with the product.


1. If a problem should arise, we will pay shipping charges to replace the defective product. The defective product must be returned to us in its original packaging within 10 days of receipt to receive full credit.
2. Notification of returns or exchanges must be made within 5 business days of receipt. Our errors will be corrected and shipped at our expense. However, we will not refund postage or shipping on returns, and or products, that you ordered and decided it was not what you wanted.
